Payment Method:

In order to complete your reservation, we kindly ask you to submit a 50% deposit directly via bank transfer. The remaining rental fee must be paid 1 week prior to your arrival (at the latest).

Further bank details will be provided once your reservation has been confirmed.

€ 100.00 will also be charged for cleaning services following your departure.

Cancellation:

Once a reservation has been confirmed, no further charges can be made.

For cancellations:

- within 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is fully refundable.

- between 15 and 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will no longer be refundable.

- withing 15 days (or less) pior to arrival, the entire rent due must be paid.
